Highway Vineyard is a place where it is ok to just sit quietly at the back if you want, where you can try out belonging without first believing, and where it is ok to have lots of questions about God, life and faith. However if you have a faith we hope that you will find your time with us an environment in which it will grow and mature. We want everyone to feel welcome, whether they have a church background or not.

Vineyard spirituality is natural and informal without showmanship or hype. We take God seriously but try not to take ourselves too seriously! We believe God desires that people know Him personally - not just about Him and experience His power and his presence. We leave space for the Holy Spirit, because it is all about Him and not about us.

We believe that church is not something that you just go to but rather it is who we are – God’s people carrying his presence. Yes we gather together at our Sunday celebrations and at various small groups and activities throughout the week. But we also scatter, as His servants, so that we can contagiously and compassionately demonstrate and communicate His love to the people of our city.
